Contacting Us - We aim to return all communications within 24 hours. We have several ways of contacting us, to make it easier for new and current customers, to get assistance or information. Unfortunatly not on all occasions is this possible, therefore we cannot guarantee, that we can get back in touch within 24 hours. Services - Our services are available to individuals and businesses. To qualify for any of our services you must ensure a member of the PixelPulse team are aware of your needs. No service will begin, until a deposit fee is made. This fee is usually 30% of the total cost, with a £40 minimum. Deposits will be returned completely, upon any situation where the PixelPulse team are unable to complete the required and agreed services. Any service that has not been completed will allow the customer to be reimbursed. We will not provide services, for adult orientated sites or anything deemed inappropriate. The PixelPulse team will make any decisions, based on this. Customers will be asked to provide feedback, on their experience with PixelPulse. The PixelPriority service is a guarantee, that all prearranged services will be completed before the end of thr 7th day, following the finalised agreement, between the customer and PixelPulse. If it so, that the services are not completed within the deadline, the PixelPriority service will be removed from costs and a further 3% per day, until completion, discount added to the final costs. If PixelPulse is unable to complete your site within 3 weeks (2 weeks with our PixelPriority service) all fees paid, with be fully returned. The agreement between us will be void, all services provided prior to this will be disregarded. Access to FTP with our PixelPowered service, where you can add, delete and upload your files, will be passed to you through e-mail, once your services are complete. FTP access and general website use is the responsibility, of the customer. Abuse of this, (including but not limited to the uploading of illegal or copyrighted material.) Will result in your PixelPowered service being terminated and the appropriate law inforcements informed, including the voiding of any agreements made with PixelPulse. Any services terminated will not be reimbursed. All payments are to be made through PayPal. Its safe and secure. You are not required to have a PayPal account to make payments.
